1. Request a refund within 14 days
You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of payment by emailing [email protected]. We use the payment timestamp in the provider’s verified order record. Wavik does not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule. This request window does not limit a longer or different right that mandatory consumer law gives you.
This is Wavik’s policy for its one-time generation purchases. Submitting a request starts a review; it does not mean a refund has already been approved or sent. No automatic recurring payment needs to be canceled.
2. Unused and partially used generations
If the generations from a purchase remain unused, you may request a refund of that purchase within the 14-day window. After verifying the payment and unused entitlement, we approve an eligible unused-purchase refund. If some counts have been used, we review the unused part for a partial refund; successfully used counts are not automatically refundable.
Any partial refund is based on the price actually paid for the unused counts, not the displayed regular price or the value of an unrelated purchase. It cannot exceed the amount paid for that purchase, with tax adjustments handled where applicable. Where purchases, recovery transfers or reservations overlap, support reconciles the records before confirming the quantity. Spending counts while a refund is being reviewed can change the unused quantity.
A refunded purchase no longer entitles you to its corresponding unused counts. Removal of those counts must be reconciled with the confirmed refund so they cannot also be spent. Purchased counts that are not refunded remain valid without an expiry date.
3. Duplicate charges and service faults
Duplicate or incorrect charge: contact us with the payment references. A verified unintended duplicate or billing error is eligible for correction or refund. Two separately authorized purchases are not automatically a duplicate.
Failed generation or missing result: a failed generation should not consume a count. If you see an incorrect deduction, tell us the request reference and approximate time. We check the record and restore an incorrectly consumed count or arrange an appropriate refund or other remedy. Successfully delivered audio is not automatically a service fault because a subjective creative preference differs, but you may still contact us to review the problem.
Contact us even after 14 days if your issue concerns an unauthorized or duplicate charge, a verified service failure or a statutory right. These cases are reviewed on their facts and applicable law; they are not rejected solely because counts were used.
4. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address used for your purchase.
- Include your Wavik or Waffo order reference, payment date and amount, and a short explanation. For a generation fault, include the request reference if available.
- Support verifies the order, reviews the unused balance and replies with the outcome or asks for information necessary to complete the review.
Never send a full card number, card security code, password or recovery code. If you cannot use the original purchase email, tell support so an alternative ownership check can be considered. There is no fee to submit a request.
5. Approval, payment method and consumer rights
Approved payment refunds are processed through Waffo and the original payment method where supported. We confirm the amount and related count adjustment. Payment-provider or bank processing can take additional time after approval, and a submitted or pending request must not be mistaken for money already returned.
This policy does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including remedies for a defective service or applicable withdrawal rights. Using a sound does not by itself constitute an automatic waiver of all consumer rights. If Waffo requests additional information or a mandatory rule requires a different remedy, support will explain the next step.
The test checkout currently displayed on Wavik does not make a real charge. A test balance is not a production purchase and has no cash redemption value. Questions about a real payment should include the actual receipt reference.
